Polytechnic Engineer (PE)
  • Candidates must have passed or be appearing in the 10th (High School) examination from a recognized board.
Para Medical - Matric Level (PMM) 
  • Candidates must have passed or be appearing in the 10th (High School) examination from a recognized board.
Para Medical - Intermediate Level (PM)
  • candidates must have passed 12th (Intermediate) with Physics, Chemistry, English, and Mathematics or Biology. For the GNM course, candidates must have passed 12th with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology with at least 40% marks (40% for SC/ST candidates).
Para Medical (Intermediate Level)
  • Candidates must have passed or be appearing in 10+2 (Intermediate) with Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English) from a recognized board. For the GNM course (only for women), a minimum of 40% marks in PCB with English is required, with 5% relaxation for SC/ST candidates, and ANM / Vocational Nursing candidates are also eligible. For the ANM course (only for women), candidates must have passed 10+2 with at least 40% marks and English. For Dental and other related courses, Intermediate Science with PCB and English is required. Candidates appearing in 2026 are also eligible to apply.

  • Login : Sign in to your account using your registered email/mobile number and the password created during registration.

  • Course Selection : Click the "Apply for Course Group" link and select the specific course groups (PE, PMM, and/or PM) you wish to apply for.

  • Personal Information : Enter your required personal details accurately and click "Save & Continue".

  • Contact Details : Fill in your permanent and correspondence address information.

  • Educational Information : Provide details regarding your academic qualifications and passing status.

  • Upload Documents : Upload a scanned copy of your high-contrast photograph (with a name and date placard) and your signature in both Hindi and English.

  • Application Preview : Review all entered data in the application preview; use "Back to Edit" for corrections or "Save & Continue" to proceed.

  • Final Submission : Complete the declaration and click "Final Submit" to lock your information before proceeding to payment.

  • Fee Payment : Select your payment mode (Online or UPI) and pay the applicable examination fee based on the number of course groups selected.

  • Download Confirmation : Download and print the completed Application Form (Part-A & Part-B) and the fee receipt for your records.

Selection Process

  • Online Registration : Candidates must register and fill out the application form on the official BCECE Board website.

  • Payment of Fees : Applicants must pay the examination and counseling fees online via Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card, or UPI.

  • Entrance Examination : Eligible candidates appear for a competitive offline OMR-based entrance exam specific to their chosen course group (PE, PMM, or PM). 

  • Merit List Preparation : Category-wise merit lists are created based on the marks obtained by candidates in their respective course group's entrance exam.

  • Counseling and Document Verification : Successful candidates participate in a counseling process where they choose their preferred institutions and courses, followed by mandatory document verification.

  • Medical Examination : Selected candidates must undergo and pass a medical examination to confirm their fitness for admission.

  • Final Admission : Admission orders are issued to medically fit candidates based on their merit rank and seat availability.
