Educational Qualification
Essential Qualification : High School (10th) or equivalent from a recognized board. Technical Qualification : Regular ITI Trade Certificate (NCVT/SCVT) in relevant trades: Plant Assistant (Mechanical - P01) : Machinist / Fitter / Welder / Turner. Plant Assistant (Electrical - P02) : Electrician.

Selection Process
Computer-Based Test (CBT) : The main selection hurdle, a CBT covering technical and general sections. Exam Pattern : Consists of 100 questions; for technical roles, this usually includes 75 technical questions and 25 general aptitude questions. Marking Scheme : Each question carries 1 mark, with a penalty of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer. Document Verification : Shortlisted candidates based on merit are called for verification of educational, caste, and domicile certificates. Eligibility Criteria : High School pass + ITI (SCVT/NCVT) in the relevant trade, aged 18–40 years as of 01-01-2025. Training Period : Selected candidates undergo a 9-month training period.
