How to Apply

  1. Register on NATS/NAPS : Candidates must first register on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal to obtain an enrolment number.
  2. Visit Application Portal : Go to the BFSI SSC Candidate Register page to start the application.
  3. Fill Form : Fill in personal and educational details in the Union Bank Apprentice application form.
  4. Upload Documents : Upload the required documents, such as photographs and signatures, as per the specified formats.
  5. Fee Payment : Pay the application fee through the online portal.
  6. Submit & Print : Submit the form and download the final application for future reference.

Selection Process

  • Step 1 : Online Examination – Candidates must undergo an objective-type online test covering General/Financial Awareness, General English, Quantitative & Reasoning Aptitude, Computer or Subject Knowledge, and Union Bank of India Products & Services.

  • Step 2 : Local Language Proficiency Test – Candidates must demonstrate proficiency (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding) in a local language of the applied state; those who cannot provide a 10th or 12th standard certificate for that language must pass a specific test.

  • Step 3 : Cut-off Score Achievement – Final selection is contingent upon the candidate meeting the minimum cut-off marks as decided by the Bank for the online examination.

  • Step 4 : Document Verification – Candidates must undergo satisfactory verification of all original documents related to Date of Birth, category, and educational qualifications.

  • Step 5 : Medical Fitness Certification – Selected candidates are required to submit a medical fitness certificate issued by a practicing registered General Physician.

  • Step 6 : Digital Offer and Contract Signing – Eligible candidates will be offered engagement digitally through the apprenticeship portal and must accept it within the stipulated time to sign the contract.
