Selection Process
PET Qualification : Candidates must have a valid scorecard from the UPSSSC PET 2025 examination. Online Application : Eligible candidates must apply via the official website (`upsssc.gov.in`) between April 21 and May 11, 2026. Shortlisting : The Commission will shortlist candidates for the Mains exam based on their PET 2025 normalized scores (typically 15 times the number of vacancies). Mains Written Examination : Shortlisted candidates must appear for an objective-type written test consisting of 100 questions (100 marks) to be completed in 2 hours. Document Verification (DV) : Successful candidates from the written exam are called for physical verification of their educational certificates and 'O' level diploma. Final Merit List : The final selection is based solely on the marks obtained in the Mains Written Exam and successful completion of document verification.
